Export Policy

At Anatolia International, every piece of equipment we sell is inspected, tested, and prepared to meet the quality expectations of healthcare facilities worldwide. This page outlines our standards and procedures for equipment quality, decontamination, and export compliance.

Quality Inspection

Before any system is listed for sale or shipped to a customer, it undergoes a thorough evaluation by our technical team. This includes:

• Full functional testing of all major components and subsystems
• Review of service history and prior usage records where available
• Identification and replacement of worn or end-of-life parts
• Documentation of the system's current condition and any known limitations

We describe every system accurately. If there is a known issue, we disclose it. We do not misrepresent the condition of equipment — our reputation depends on it.

Decontamination & Biohazard Compliance

All equipment originating from clinical environments is decontaminated prior to shipment in accordance with international standards. Our procedures follow JCAHO-referenced guidelines and include:

• Surface decontamination and cleaning of all accessible areas
• Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas sterilization where applicable
• Peracetic acid sterilization for fluid-path components
• Emergency power system verification
• Completion of biohazard clearance documentation upon request

Decontamination certificates can be provided for customers in markets that require them at customs or port of entry.

Export Documentation

We handle all standard export documentation required for international shipment of medical equipment, including:

• Commercial invoice and packing list
• Certificate of origin
• Equipment condition report
• Decontamination / biohazard clearance certificate (on request)
• End-user certificate where required by the exporting authority

We work with experienced freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth clearance in your country. Our team is familiar with import requirements across Africa, South Asia, and the CIS region.
