Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. We accept PayPal payments and all major Credit Cards during the checkout process. We do not collect credit card or personal information.
We always adjust shipping costs for multiple items paid for and shipped within the same business day. Items or quantities requiring multiple packages may not receive a discounts on shipping.
We ship using FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS). We do allow customers to use their own FedEx or UPS account for overnight or special shipping situations. A packaging fee will be applied to your invoice if we ship on your account. It is your responsibility to provide a deliverable ship to address at the time of purchase. Most orders are shipped same day with the exception of freight. We ship orders without a signature required. If you require a signature for your delivery, you must request this prior to paying for your order. An additional fee will be applied to all orders that required a signature at delivery.
We can accommodate most requests. It is recommended that you make your purchase and payment before 5 PM EST. We do not refund overnight shipping costs. A valid phone number is required.
We ship DHL Fed-EX UPS & USPS Priority Mail International in most cases. Each country has its own unique weight and size restrictions when using USPS. IF your package is over the USPS limits for your country, we will quote you costs. Delivery times vary per country, we do not guarantee delivery times or how long the host country holds a package in customs. we have seen shipments via USPS take as long as 6 weeks. We do not allow self shipping and carrier pickup on non freight packages; we can ship items using your FEDEX or UPS account through our system. We can use FEDEX UPS DHL and USPS for overseas non-freight shipments.
Some items may require a special certified crate be made prior to shipment. This cost will be added to any freight charges. We do not allow customers to arrange their own overseas shipping on freight items.
*Overseas shipping is quoted as a Airport to Airport or Door to Door service. The shipping price does not include taxes (VAT), terminal fees, import fees, or any other fees levied by the receiving country. If you are not aware of these additional costs you should contact your local government for more information before your purchase. *
USA Freight Shipments:
Items marked over 150 lbs will be shipped freight. Freight shipments cannot be sent to an address with an apartment number. . A valid phone number is also required prior to shipment. A crating, handling and/or storage fee may be applied to your invoice if you choose to use your own freight transport.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we have an easy refund policy. No questions asked. Just pay for return shipping and send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt. Item must be unmodified; all parts must be returned in the original packaging. Overnight shipping non refundable. Your satisfaction is important to us.
An email to your PayPal address is usually sent with each and every order. Some email filters or spam filters may block this email. Check your settings and spam folder. Your item will normally be shipped Same Day after your payment is cleared.

We report spoofs, scams, fake emails, bogus second chance offers, and non-paying bidders to eBay and PayPal.

Warranty will cover Parts and Labor in our shop only and does NOT include any shipping or packing, if needed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All sales are final UNLESS they are found defective. You MUST notify us within 3 days of receipt and receive an RMA (return material authorization) number. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any items returned without an RMA number will not be Accepted .
Refund/Replacement can take up to 7 days, excluding shipping time, to process after we receive the item back. All items found to be NON defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping. We will either fix, replace, or refund (at our discretion) and ship back to you at our expense. There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances. Items found to be DOA (Dead On Arrival), if applicable and so mentioned in the Listing, must be returned to us after prior intimation within 3 days of its receipt unless specified otherwise.
‘AS IS’ items do not come with any warranty nor is one implied. We do not have the means to test the vast array of items in our inventory and unless mentioned otherwise tests/detailed trials have not been carried out. We however try to present an honest opinion within our means to the actual condition of the item.
