Shipping and Installation Policy
Shipping quotations
Shipping is quoted separately unless expressly included in the accepted quotation.
Each quotation will identify the delivery term, named place and applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule, together with the agreed packing, loading, freight, insurance and customs responsibilities.
Delivery and transit risk
The agreed Incoterm determines the point of delivery and transfer of transit risk. Anatolia arranging or paying freight does not, by itself, mean that cargo insurance is included.
For buyer-arranged export collections, FCA at an agreed named location may be offered where Anatolia is responsible for export clearance. The delivery arrangement must be confirmed in the quotation.
Packing and insurance
Packing suitable for the agreed transport method will be specified in the quotation. Specialist crating, environmental protection and other handling requirements must be agreed before dispatch.
The quotation will state whether cargo insurance is included and who is responsible for arranging it.
Customs and destination requirements
Responsibility for export and import clearance, duties, taxes, permits and other destination requirements will be allocated in writing.
Buyers must provide accurate delivery and consignee details and identify relevant destination requirements before dispatch. Shipment remains subject to applicable export and import requirements.
Delivery timing
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as firm dates in writing. Dispatch depends on equipment readiness, agreed payment, documentation and transport arrangements. We will communicate material changes when they become known.
Installation and related services
Deinstallation, rigging, unloading, installation, commissioning, calibration and training are included only when expressly listed in the quotation.
Before delivery, the parties must confirm responsibility for site access, lifting arrangements, utilities, site preparation and any agreed acceptance testing.
Shipping damage
For shipment concerns, contact Anatolia promptly and retain packaging and supporting evidence. We will assist with carrier or insurance claims in accordance with the agreed delivery term and insurance arrangements.
