Warranty Policy

Anatolia International supplies used medical equipment and spare parts. Each quotation identifies the item’s condition, configuration, included components, known defects and agreed testing. Please review these details before accepting an order.

Tested used spare parts

Tested used spare parts carry a 30-day functional warranty from delivery, unless different coverage is expressly agreed in writing and permitted by applicable law.

This warranty covers failure to perform the function described in the accepted quotation under the agreed operating conditions. Compatibility is covered where Anatolia has confirmed it in writing against the buyer’s supplied system details.

Complete equipment and systems

Warranty coverage for complete systems is specified individually in the quotation or sales agreement. The agreement will identify the duration, start date, covered components, available support and responsibility for labour, travel, freight and installation.

There is no standard website warranty period for complete systems. Buyers should obtain written confirmation of coverage before ordering.

Coverage for X-ray tubes, detectors, consumables, batteries, software and other components with specific limitations will be stated separately where relevant.

Untested and repair-only items

Items supplied as untested, faulty, for repair or for parts will be clearly identified before purchase. Their disclosed condition and any agreed testing form part of the sale description. No functional warranty is offered for these items unless expressly stated in writing, subject to applicable law.

Claims and remedies

Report a suspected fault promptly within the applicable warranty period to sales@anaint.co, quoting the invoice number, item and serial number, and a description of the fault. Photographs, error codes, installation details or diagnostic evidence may be requested.

For an accepted covered claim, Anatolia will arrange repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable rights. Obtain written authorization before returning an item or commissioning repairs at Anatolia’s expense.

Coverage excludes faults caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electrical supply, misuse, unsuitable storage or transport after risk has transferred, or unauthorized alterations. These exclusions apply to faults caused by those circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
